What size should I choose?

All clothing follows standard sizing, and most items include a custom, tailor-made size chart. For the best fit, we recommend selecting one size larger, as our pieces are designed with a clean, tailored silhouette.

Our Shoes & Loafers fit true to size. Loafers naturally fit more snugly since they have no laces, so if you are between sizes or prefer a slightly roomier fit, choosing one size up is recommended. If you wear half sizes, sizing up by 0.5 will ensure a more comfortable fit.

For the most accurate choice, please refer to the foot length in CM / INCHES in the size guide. These measurements reflect the exact interior length of the shoe.

We do not charge a return or handling fee. The only cost to the customer is the return shipping label.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first. We must create an internal return ticket to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return arrives at our facility, your refund is issued the same day. Please allow 3–5 business days for your bank to finalize the transaction.

When will I receive my cashback?

In select cases, we offer cashback as an alternative to returning the item. Once the cashback is approved, the amount will appear in your account within 3–5 business days.
