NEOR – Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders placed through NEOR are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Times & Rates

NEOR currently offers worldwide shipping. Delivery times and rates vary depending on your location:

  • United States: Estimated 5–12 business days

  • United Kingdom: Estimated 5–10 business days

  • Europe: Estimated 5–12 business days

  • Canada & Australia: Estimated 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: Estimated 7–20 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.
NEOR is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the shipment reaches your country.
NEOR is not responsible for these charges — they are determined by your local customs office.

Any delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:

  1. Confirm the shipping address on your order.

  2. Check with neighbors or your building management.

  3. Contact the shipping courier.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@getneor.com and we will do our best to help.
NEOR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

Pre-Orders

If a product is marked as a pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once the pre-order is ready.
